Orders received (with valid credit card information) before 2:00pm US Eastern Time will be shipped the same day. If your “Ship To” address is not the same as your “Bill To” address, then the “Ship To” address must be registered with your credit card issuer and you must email us (email@example.com) with the Bank name and phone number from the back of your card.
Our on-line store only calculates shipping charges for delivery addresses in the continental United States. For those out of the Continental US, we will send you an e-mail with the actual shipping cost and await your confirmation before charging your credit card or shipping your order. Please give our sales team a call at 1-800-536-0790 (1-585-235-2620 outside North America) if you have questions on these policies or to expedite your order.
NOTE: New York, California, Florida and Virginia sales tax is an estimate only, usually at the highest rate in the state. We will adjust it manually during order processing to reflect the actual County tax for your shipping address.
We gladly accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards. Orders for shipments outside North America will require you to approve the actual shipping charge sent to you by email prior to charging you credit card and shipment. Sales Tax is shown for highest rate in applicable states, but will be adjusted to your local rate when the credit card is processed. Gradient Lens Corporation warrants that all Hawkeye Borescopes and accessories will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of first retail purchase. Video and lightning products come with manufacturer’s warranty which is usually one year. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the product within 30 days, provided that the product is returned in original condition with all packaging. Call 1-800-536-0790 (1-585-235-2620 outside USA) and speak to someone in the service department to receive an RMA number before returning any product for refund, warranty or other repair. We are not responsible for any product returned without an RMA number. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and insurance on the return shipment.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will inspect them to insure they are in original condition and give you a call if we find any problems. If the returned merchandise is found in original condition, you will receive a refund for the full product price (excluding shipping charges) within 30 days.
