All of the Semi-Rigid borescopes use our standard light post, making them compatible with any of the Hawkeye light sources. Recommended lighting is the Hawkeye SuperNOVA for portable use or the Luxxor 24 light source for video.
Semi-Rigid borescopes are designed for looking into very tiny openings, less than 1mm diameter. A high resolution (10,000 pixel) image bundle is used to provide good quality images. The HSR 6" working length scopes use a stainless steel sheath for added durability. The more flexible 39" working length scope uses a plastic sheath to make it more slippery in narrow twisting paths.
These scopes serve specialized users in the aviation, fuel system, medical products manufacturing industries and inspector of electrical flip-chip assemblies.

A C-mount Direct Video adapter is included with each Hawkeye semi-rigid borescope. Just unscrew the eyecup, screw on the C-mount adapter and attach to your C-mount video camera. The Luxxor 24 or 50 light source is recommended for use with video. |
